How It All Began
The Makers Guild was born from a single, stubborn conviction: that the most meaningful things in life are made by human hands.
In a city celebrated for its ambition and scale, we spotted something missing — a dedicated, beautiful space where Dubai’s extraordinary community of independent makers could be seen, celebrated and supported. A place that said loudly: shop local, choose handmade, know the story behind what you buy.
We opened our doors at Times Square Center on Sheikh Zayed Road with a carefully curated collection of handcrafted products and a clear mission. We wanted to prove what we already knew: that Dubai is brimming with world-class creative talent, and that talent deserves a stage.
From that first day, the response from customers and makers alike told us we had found something truly special. What started as a small curated corner has grown into a thriving community of over 60 independent artisans, all calling the UAE home.
