We ship across the UAE, the GCC, and worldwide. This page explains our delivery options, timeframes, and costs.
Where we ship
- Dubai — fastest option, usually next business day.
- Rest of UAE — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah.
- GCC — Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar.
- Rest of World — we ship internationally to most countries.

Free in-store collection
You can also collect your order from our store at Times Square Center, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai — free of charge. Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you once the order is ready to collect.
Order processing
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking details where available.
International orders — customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
Incorrect address or missed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you and can re-ship at an additional cost.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn’t arrive within the expected window, contact orders@themakersguild.ae with your order number and we’ll resolve it quickly.
